I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Resilience (Boise, ID) in Apr 2026
Interview
Both interviews were via zoom and vary vague. Unsure of job roll itself and pay information was different then job listing. Indeed said salary at $60,000 a year and they told me commission for less then $4000 a month for an event planner role…Giving red flags.
First interview was over the phone with the HR/recruiter. Brief, 20 minute call to go over resume and details of the job. Second was a Zoom meeting with the Manager, again brief. Discussed background quickly but seemed more focused on personality. Third round was a panel interview with 3 management level individuals. Some focus on experience, some on personality, some on "how do you address this situation" type questions.

Initial Phone Screening was basic get to know you questions and a walk through resume. If you prepare your self with basic phone screening questions this will be fine. Make sure you’re speaking about relevant experience
