I interviewed for a Customer Success Manager role at Resilio, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The process dragged on for over 8 weeks, during which multiple interviewers appeared unprepared and unprofessional. Despite that, I was ultimately offered the role.
When I attempted to negotiate the offer, I was met with silence. I eventually accepted the offer via email directly to the hiring manager, but I never received a response. No follow-up, no onboarding info, no acknowledgment — just ghosted entirely.
This level of disorganization, inability to negotiate, and lack of professionalism raises serious concerns about internal communication and company culture. I’d recommend others proceed with caution.
