The interview team was extremely unprofessional, rude, and narrow-minded. They seem only understand the tech stack they use daily and couldn't go any discussion beyond that. Their questions focused solely on the specific issues they handle routinely, rather than making an objective assessment of a candidate’s tech capabilities. If you can’t answer one of their obscure, highly specific questions, they immediately become arrogant and disrespectful. The entire recruitment process was chaotic as well — The HR communicated entirely through text messages and had consistent long delays before each reply. Overall, I wouldn't suggest anyone to waste their time applying for positions with their Sydney software team.

It was a group interview which composed of a coding challenge, group activity and panel behavioural interview. The coding challenge instructions was misinformed in the platform they were using as it was a total of 30 mins for 2 questions instead it was restrictive 12 mins for question 1 and rest of the time for question 2.
