The interview process in my opinion was the most unprofessional I've been a part of. The ResMed team member contacted me to establish a first round interview on 3 seperate occasions over a 2 month period. I responded to him each time and then and would follow up in a couple of days but would hear nothing until he contacted me again, 2-3 weeks later. When he finally locked down an interview time, there was no acknowledgement of the lack of response from him regarding his lack of response. After the interview finished he said he would get back to me in a couple of days regarding next steps. I did not hear anything l, so once again I followed up, but again he essentially ghosted me. If this is the representative for your organisation, then I'm not sure he is doing a good job of making a good impression for potential candidates. With regards to the job, I fit all the criteria and have experience in running CX programs. So I was keen to know what the drawback was for me going to the second stage of interviews. Note that 2 weeks after I was ghosted for the last time, the same job has been reposted on job boards 3 times.
