I applied online. I interviewed at Resolute Digital
Interview
Had a phone screen then met with multiple people on the team where they asked me what I'd bring to the table in terms of prior experiences etc. Be able to speak to the role you're applying to.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Resolute Digital in Sept 2022
Interview
The hiring manager pursued and convinced me to apply. I spent five weeks interviewing with various potential coworkers and managers. It seemed to be going well. and I enjoyed meeting everyone, although I did get asked the same question numerous times. Finally, much like a final exam in school, I was asked to do a presentation. The instructions were ambiguous and I was assured it would be conversational and casual. Well, it wasn't. It was awkward and quiet and not enjoyable at all. This process was a complete waste of time and they really should have just started with the presentation. Then all of us could have saved time and stress. They don't respect candidate's experience or time and I don't think they really even know what content strategy is.
Applied and someone from HR reached out within a few days. Phone call interview with HR and then less than a week later back to back video interviews with the team.
