Interview process is rigorous. Involves taking a test on strengths. Interviews for senior positions are first done by external consultants. The same consultants join the management in all subsequent interviews.

Friendly, easy and I was able to express myself confidently as a result of the cool environment provided by the interviewer.The questions revolved around my skills and tested how competent I was in undertaking the described role and learn a lot in the process.
