Question 1
In technical test, I was asked to do functional modelling. Their question was flawed and had gaps which could not have been modelled properly without further clarification. Because they know their internal system structure, they frame question in a way only they can understand. They didn't contemplate, how an outsider would interpret the flawed question. Their expectation for someone unfamiliar with their software to answer their question was ridiculously unrealistic
Opportunity listed in LinkedIn. Saw the interviewing manager lookup my profile. Called me for fixing the interview. Very candid and interesting chat for about 3 hours. Really felt good. Did not progress to next rounds although !!
