I found the job offer through a job fair advertisement. It is an office setting so business casual is recommended. They called us in one by one and asked us a series of questions. if you are bilingual they will test how fluent you are in both languages. We toured the office, met with supervisors and management. Got a call a couple days later.

they talk about the company then ask question about your previous professional experience and they make you pass a quick mathematics test. if you are bilingual, they will ask you to write a letter about yourself in the language you speak.
