I applied through the website. It was pretty straight forward. I got an email to set up an interview. It chose an earlier interview just out of personal preference. Just your standard one-on-one interview, although I don’t think my resume was looked at prior to me handing one of my printed out copies over. A lot of time was spent on what my resume lacked, which is always fun. It’s a pretty small company, which I liked. And the benefits are great, including a lot of work from home days. But the interview just felt like I was there just to add to the candidate pool. I sent a thank you email and a follow up email two weeks later, but have heard nothing back which just seems real unprofessional.
