Simple 1 on 1 interview. We discussed the contents of my resume and the set-up of the company. Fairly easy. Before the interview they were very nice and polite. They didn’t ask many really any questions beyond what was already listed on the resume. Interview lasted about 30 minutes.

A lot of information was given on what a day to day would look like at RES. The crew was 50/50 women which was super exciting to me as a women entering into a male dominated field.
