Resource Logistics IT Support interview questions

Got an email from Vishwa G on July 14 about the role. Applied same day with rate. Had teams interview on July 21 with hiring mgr. On July 22 Vishwa G sent me an email saying "Congratulations!! You have been selected for ONSITE SUPPORT LEAD role at Redmond, WA " Then the calls started. Twice asking me to agree to a lower pay rate then what was previously agreed to. Then no contact from the hiring company or the recruiter. I called every week for 2 months asking about on boarding. He would say that he call back in 30min or by eod. Never got a call back. Today 8/23 he called and offered me 13% less than the agreed to rate. I told him thats is not ok and i cant accept that. He hung up on me.
