I applied through university. I interviewed at Resource Options (Banglani) in Apr 2025
Interview
its was fine and i was curious to learn and evaluate the differnece of data between them to analyze the variables and constants and the neccessity to understand the work.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Resource Options (Needham, MA) in Nov 2024
Interview
I applied for an "Environmental Scientist - All Levels". I submitted my application, had a brief phone conversation, and was invited to a virtual interview. Unfortunately, the experience took a negative turn when I joined the scheduled interview early, but no one from the recruitment team showed up. Despite waiting for 45 minutes, there was no follow-up, explanation, or attempt to reschedule. Repeated efforts to contact the office were unsuccessful.
The lack of communication and professionalism during the interview process was disappointing. I would recommend future candidates approach with caution, as this experience raised concerns about how applicants are valued.

Question 1
Would you rather work in a laboratory setting or in a field setting?
First of all we would like to apologize for your experience working with Resource Options. There must have been some type of mix up. We would love an opportunity to make things right. Call Chris at 781-455-7424 and we will get things back on track for you!

Interview
Applied online, contacted within two days who then scheduled an interview with Rob Williams. Afterwards, he invited me to an in-person interview. Interview last with him about 15-20 minutes. Interviewed with some of the other team members. One of the female recruiters said, they will not ghost me. Which is ironic as that's what they did as I never heard from them since.
