ResourceSoft interview questions

They were not sure, If they really wanted to hire anyone for this position. They had other positions to fill on priority bases. They asked few questions about my past experience and why I am interested in recruitment firm.

Applied online, received offer for in-person interview almost immediately. Was short-listed for final round in a week's time and final offer was made within 2 week's time from my application. Questions about experience with general ledgers, account reconciliations and other similar concepts. Also asked general behavioral and situational type questions based on past work experiences.
