Overall I had an extremely positive experience interviewing with the Respondent team. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, gave me a generous amount of time to ask questions, and were visibly passionate about the company and the mission. Respondent moved the process along quickly, and the CEO was incredibly transparent and honest about past mistakes and learnings, future plans, as well as the challenges they need to overcome to fulfill their vision. After finishing the process, it was clear to me that the team comprised of a good group of bright and motivated people. Given the progress Respondent has made so far, I think the company has a real opportunity to redefine the research space.
