I feel my review is only fair, at least inform candidates of your policy prior to the interview. While you may think it wasn't a 7 hour task, candidates will want to do their best and spend as much time as they possibly can on it. They are most likely to use the majority of the time given. I hope my feedback helps to improve Pocket App's interview process moving forward
