      Toxic management and poor growth opportunities for juniors

      Nothing expect hybrid model and wfh allowed.

      Cons

      Worse company if you are not fresher. Full politics from high level management. Management dont understand anything technical and make plans without even considering the TL. Can be asked to work on weekends when needed might as well on your way to home, you can get work calls on your personal number. 3-4 % increment from last 3-4 years. No space for juniors only senior people with high salary and difficult for any junior to grow. Uk people are like god to them. They can never fight back. You will feel like a cheap labour.

      Pros

      I joined in December 2016 and was part of the PA team until October 2018. My experience as a team member was very positive. The team was supportive and cooperative, and the handover process was smooth, which helped me work comfortably. One of the key strengths of the organization is the high quality of its developers.
