Worse company if you are not fresher. Full politics from high level management. Management dont understand anything technical and make plans without even considering the TL. Can be asked to work on weekends when needed might as well on your way to home, you can get work calls on your personal number. 3-4 % increment from last 3-4 years. No space for juniors only senior people with high salary and difficult for any junior to grow. Uk people are like god to them. They can never fight back. You will feel like a cheap labour.
