Pros

Flexible work timings, get to work with clients from various domains, employee engagement, minimal supervision, can work independently

Cons

Unrealistic timelines due to which working hours may extend which leads to no work-life balance

Pros

No Pros. Good, Only for those guys who say "Yes boss" to Uk management.

Cons

One of the worst company, I have worked. Thy fire ,when they want. Salary not on time. even chairs and systems are not proper. Not worthy, guys sitting has management in UK. Lot of politics. No knowledge, only show off guys has management.
