Interview
They will seem very strict. Other interviewees might all know each other because they go to high school together. So that can be intimidating. But if you know your skills well and know some of their policies, you can do fine.

How will you deal with a difficult customer who is not listening to a rule (they give a specific rule and basically act it out. Pretend you are on the job speaking to the customer).
