Restpadd interview questions

Pretty straight forward. I wasn't sure if the interview was being done by a psych pt as a joke or what. She couldn't answer any questions I asked. Alot of "uuummm"s and she was hyperfocused on my tattoos...

They will ask you a lot of questions about how to handle difficult situations, such as how to read body language, how to handle situations when a patient is agitated, etc. They ask your knowledge about RP, make sure to do your homework on them as it will earn you major brownie points.
