3 Stage interview : 1. Technical interview with a software engineer via video call 2. Technical interview with an executive 3. HR interview (Informed about salary and job expectations) The interview process was very well organised, and candidates were even given a presentation by HR before the interview commenced about the company's work culture and specialization.

The Process took 4 days. 150 students applied for the 1st Round. It was a test on Google form out of which 138 were shortlisted. So you can guess the level of questions that were asked. After that in 2nd round , out of nowhere they gave us a question and asked us to develop a web-app using nodejs, expressjs ,mongodb etc. Question was to implement n-ary tree such that thier child nodes sum does not exceed the value of parent. We had to use some encryption and decryption techniques also. Session making was also there In-Short you should be a good-Developer not Coder LOL . Some people wrote C or C++ code only. Out of 140 , 100 students left the test in between and 6 were Shortlisted for F2F interview at Company Office. Out of these only 3 of them knew nodejs(Including me) other knew only c/c++. After 1st person gave interview for 45 min, i think company CTO got bored and took introduction of other 5. (Yes i went to delhi to give my introduction to them though i know how to use skype ... LOL). The Company Condition is hell. I almost vomited while on stairs because the smell from the scrap-shop on ground floor and on 1st floor and also from the pan stains on stairs. None of the 6 wanted the job so i went to Burger-King and had lunch.
