      Application

I applied through university. I interviewed at Resume Target (Toronto, ON)

      Interview

Interview was unprofessionally done. One person was looking at his phone at different points throughout and repeated questions that had already been answered because he did not seem to be listening.

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Resume Target (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2018

      Interview

I came in for the initial 30-minute interview and spoke with two employees, one of which actively worked in the role I was applying for. The setting was very comfortable and the interview focused mainly on my writing experience and how each role on my own resume would relate to the tasks of the resume writing job. A second-round interview was scheduled wherein I met with the owner of the company and, again, went through my previous experience in relation to the job.

Describe a time you worked on tight deadlines, and how did you handle it?

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Resume Target (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2017

      Interview

The interview and hiring process was completed much faster than I expected. After applying for the position on LinkedIn, I got an e-mail that same day requesting for an ideal interview time and date. The interview itself was about 30-40 minutes long, mainly involving questions on the company, my research and writing processes, and some examples of my work. As long as you come prepared for the interview and do your research on the company itself, you'll be able to impress your interviewers. The waiting game wasn't long, so I was really happy that they let their candidates know right away whether they've been selected or not.
