A personal interview with head of Marketing, an in-person interview with owner and HR, then another interview with Head of Marketing. Was asked to review their social media then berated for providing 7 ways to help them improve (as my suggestions helped them increase their reach, this was, I was told over and over again, off-target from the request). HofM more interested in pointing out what you did wrong than solving problems. Between the shock of someone speaking to me so rudely during an interview and being chastised like a child - truly a horrible experience.
I will just add the interview with the owner and HR lady was the polar opposite- charming and delightful with some of the most relevant and creative questions I've ever been asked.
