Interview
Very Friendly and efficient. I was reached out through linkedin. The HR person was very knowledgeable on the position and was quick to give feedback. The process overall was very quick. They didn't drag it out like some employers do. I did a phone interview, a quiz then received an email saying they were interested in a in person interview. After my interview I received an offer the following day.

Multi interview process with hiring manager and then future supervisor. Process included multiple skills tests and a personality test. Retailcomm took time to explain the steps that they take when hiring and the process was clearly laid out for me. This was a good interview and hiring experience.

Phone interview discussing my previous experience and what I was looking for in my next position. I was e-mailed a brief behavioral quiz to take prior to the interview. It only took a few minutes to complete. In the interview I learned about the company mission, job description and benefits. The benefits they offer are very competitive.
