Structured in this way:
- A chat with a recruiter to see if you understood the role, not really screening;
- First screening interview with 2 people from the team about SRE practices;
- coding interview with the backend team;
System Design Interview with Backend Team
- Chat with the hiring manager and another manager.
The overall experience was good until the hiring manager interview. After that, the recruiter sent me a couple of emails to arrange a meeting to discuss the results. Although my availability, she never set up the meeting because, from my understanding, she was waiting for the manager's feedback. At that point, I understood I didn't make it and I asked for written feedback at least, but after three weeks, still nothing.
After all the effort I put in (5 interviews), a response and feedback would have been appreciated.
