I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rethink Wealth (Grapevine, TX) in July 2025
Interview
My interview with Nickelle was a phone screening. She was very easy to speak with, clearly passionate about her work, and took the time to explain the role in detail. She also shared the company’s background and her own journey with the organization, which gave me great insight into the culture and values of the team.
My next phone call was with Christie, who provided a deeper overview of the role. She walked me through what to expect during onboarding and training and gave a helpful summary of the compensation structure. It was clear that she genuinely enjoys her work, and she came across as both knowledgeable and approachable.
I next met with Chase via Zoom, and he was incredibly personable and easy to speak with. He provided a thorough explanation of the compensation structure and walked me through how it works in detail. He even shared a hypothetical Monte Carlo simulation to illustrate potential earnings, average salary, and projected retirement outcomes. It was an informative and engaging conversation.
The next step in the process would have been an in-person visit to meet the team. While I ultimately chose not to move forward in the interview process, that decision was not a reflection of the people or their company.
Nickelle, Christie, and Chase were all fantastic—each of them brought great energy and insight, and I truly believe they would be wonderful colleagues. It was a very positive experience overall.

Interview
Pretty easy, nice people that seemed pretty interested in my qualifications. Sounds like a great place, just not a good fit for me personally at this time. Maybe in the future but worried about getting stuck in a niche and prefer comprehensive planning
They act like you are running your own business, which is surely true since they charge you money to use software they require. You are on a draw, but only if you produce WL contracts. Be ready to milk your friends and family, that is what they want. They will say they will sponsor your training and testing, but they don't let you take desired exams until you make them money.
