Return Logic Full Stack Software Engineer interview questions

After I applied for the job, someone reached out via email to schedule a brief phone screening. We agreed on a time but I never actually received the phone call. I replied to the email chain asking if there was some confusion and if we could reschedule, no response. Not sure if ghosting is a new hiring technique but I'm not a fan.
