Assessment was a slide deck with 6 hours of recommended time for preparation answering and giving strategies for growth in a particular segment. Received the "We have decided not to proceed with your candidacy" the following day with no feedback at all. It seemed to be more of an ideas grab than anything else.

I was interviewed by their head of product marketing and immediately got the sense he felt like he was too good to be interviewing/speaking to me. It was by far the most awkward and uncomfortable interview I’ve ever had. Most of my experience is in email marketing, and he simply dismissed email as a channel altogether since “they tried it before and didn’t work for them”. Any good marketer knows any channel can “work” if executed and planned well.
