The interview process is initially an aptitude test followed by a technical test. Technical test contains simple CFA level 1 type of questions related to Equity and Portfolio management. That is followed by a technical round of interview and final round is held by operations manager. The technical round does not have any systematic flow. It goes deeper into your understanding of concepts in finance, valuations, investment analysis.
