I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at RevenueCat (Barcelona) in Apr 2026
Interview
Great interview experience! The process followed what is summarized on their blog post as well as in the emails they send when you start the hiring process.
The whole process took about 6 weeks from start to finish, although it can be faster depending on your scheduling preferences,
Overall a really positive experience, speaking with employees from different teams was really enjoyable and their questions were always related to the company values or relevant to the work you could do in the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Common behavioural questions touching the company values (e.g. Tell me about a project you worked on that did not go as planned. What is the biggest mistake you made at work. etc.)
I was given a live coding exercise. The interviewer seemed to be constantly multitasking and didn't really seem engaged at all. To be honest, it felt like I wasn't really considered at all. As usual, no feedback was given.
6 or 7 rounds, they're crazy. I stopped at like 3-4 rounds after realizing it's gonna be 3-4 more. I don't want to spend months interviewing, they should relax the process or increase the salary to half a mil.
