After an initial interview with the engineering manager to describe the position, I took a SRE coding interview (60 min), and a round of panel interviews (3h 15min: systems/networking, team fit and project management, systems design, and company values). Originally, I interviewed for a Senior SRE position, but we pivoted later to a Senior SWE position, so I took an additional SWE coding interview (60 min). I had a final interview with one of the founders (30 min). I had a great time talking with the team and really liked the atmosphere generated from the company. The last interview with Miguel (the founder) was very interesting and I appreciated the transparency (part of the company culture). Overall it was a very positive experience.
