3 interviews, first with recruiter, second with Engineering, 3rd technical. Ask about your employment background and 3 things that make you stand out as a candidate. First two are mainly soft skills and personality.

Question 1
First I was asked to describe what goes on in the background as you browse a website like amazon. Question about MVC. Then I was asked to write a function that decides if a string is a palindrome. Then spaces and uppercase characters are added to make the question more difficult. All in PHP. I was allowed to browse internet for syntax. At end I was asked if I could improve my answer to be more efficient.

Met at campus job fair booth, in-person coding exercise on campus another day, called back for several hour on-site interview with CEO and senior staff, received offer later that same day.

Interview
My interview process was a phone interview with a recruiter, then a phone interview with the CTO, and then a technical phone interview with a software engineer. After the three phone interviews, I had an onsite interview that lasted 2.5 hours. During the onsite interview, I had five thirty minute interviews with different employees including several software engineers, the CEO, and the CTO. I heard back quickly after each step in the interview process.
