The interview was with two people I directly reported to and was straightforward and respectful. The second person was the CEO.
It was a short process and only included 2 rounds of interviews.

Technical interview as expected. I specified that I was familiar with a type of coding and they still ended up testing me in that type of coding. I had to tell them again that I did not have the skill then they proceeded to ask me why and then ghosted. Worst experience ever.

Set up a Zoom interview via email, got asked for a second interview that same day. Went in for second interview and got asked for references the same day. After multiple emails and almost 3 weeks of waiting to hear back, I found out I was not successful.
