I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Revvity in Nov 2025
Interview
1 Phone interview
1 In-Person Panel interview

Honestly thought things were going well since they got back to me within a reasonable window (at first), but the entire process ended up being red flags, a headache, and dishonest. I applied for a San Diego location position and recruiter was 10 minutes late for the phone interview, they kept being back and forth and moving the interview time for the in-panel interview which was inconvenient on my end, the recruiter didn't even show up on the actual interview day like she said she would, CSR leads I spoke to were nice but that was it. Upon following up to see if there were any new updates for the role I applied for, I had no prior notification that the recruiter didn't even work for Revvity anymore, just an email stating they were no longer part of the company (even though she said they would get back to me that same week). Thanks for wasting my time! Ghosting a potential candidate and not keeping the communication open in a workplace setting is highly unprofessional, which is ironic because that department mainly works with communicating with others. You're better off working at another biotech company who is transparent with the interview/hiring process. Thank goodness I dodged that bullet.
