I approached the founder in-person for the job. I was called to the office where both founders took my interview. I was asked questions about my experience, my goals, my interests and my strengths. I was also briefed with the role they were looking for. It was a person-to-person interaction more than a formal interview. However, I couldn't join because of a full-time course I got into.
A year later when I finished the course, founders approached me again with the same role that I had desired for. It was great to see that they pay such keen attention while selecting a candidate.
Post that, I was again called to the office where I was briefed with the changes company has gone through and refined role. Overall it was a great experience.
