I went through several interviews, completed a test, and then heard two months later that I didn’t get the role. I noticed the position was re-posted multiple times after that.

very structured, they have a set list of "typical" interview questions. Most were behavioural questions like tell me about a time and you answer using the STAR method. But the interview itself was casual, just the questions were structured
