I applied online and received a phone call about a week later. After that I spoke with someone else about another two weeks later and then I had a face to face interview following that.

Very professional, enthusiatic and well organized Human Resources director. Completed initial phone screen, then passed on to hiring managers. Kept me informed of status and next steps.
She outlined the process clearly and was available to answer questions via email and phone.
