Rhinegeist interview questions

The building was closed and there was no one to greet the arriving interviewees. Suddenly the door opened and several people walked out exclaiming that it was a surprise group interview. I proceeded with the other interviewees up the stairs to the taproom which was void of people. When someone did walk by they asked what we were doing there. Finally, we were welcomed to a meeting room and told we should read the job description before beginning. The mood was very confusing and unprofessional.
