I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Rhonda Allison (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2019
Interview
It was over all a great experience. The interviewer was friendly and kind. I also appreciated all the questions that were asked to me. I would day it was a difficult interview but it helped me see the practicality in the company.
I was invited to the office in Golden, CO for an interview. I was kept waiting 20 minutes past my scheduled time. At the end of the interview, I was told they had more candidates to speak with, and that I would be hearing back from them in a couple of weeks.
Weeks went by and I did not hear anything back. I sent follow up emails, but did not receive any response. I find this very unprofessional. If you are invited for an interview, you should be entitled to an update - even if you weren’t selected for the role.
We communicate at the end of the interview - we are continuing to interview if you are selected for further interviewing or an offer, we will be in touch.
I applied online. I interviewed at Rhonda Allison (Denver, CO) in June 2017
Interview
Web interview--15 min cannot ask questions. Then you must pay for a trip to Denver to interview with 4 people. Don't expect them to be professional. I left in tears.
The interview was with three people. Management is mean. They doubted everything I said. They embarrassed me. And they laughed at me. I gave them feedback and that I would not last long at Rhonda Allison under those conditions. That I would not work for them even though I love the line. They apologized but did not state any way that she was going to change things to make it better for anyone else there. I think the average rep can expect to last there about six months.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
What do you plan to be doing in 3, 5, or 10 years? They asked this over and over again like they doubted my answer. Clearly they have a lot of turnover right now.
During this interview, the applicant was not able to answer questions about ingredients and must have felt embarrassed due to her lack of knowledge. During all first interviews, we allow for questions and we try to truly explain the role so we are on the same page. All applicants are also encouraged to reach out any time after an interview with questions. Finally, anyone wanting to move for the role would need to fly at their own expense to interview face to face. If it works out our company will reimburse for travel expenses.
