      Senior Associate Interview

      26 Jan 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Miami, FL
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Rialto Capital (Miami, FL) in Jan 2026

      Interview

The interview process consisted of two rounds — an initial conversation with HR, followed by a discussion with the leadership team. The HR portion felt more structured and process-driven, while the leadership team was more engaging and expressed genuine interest in my background and experience. Overall, I appreciated the opportunity to speak with both groups and gain insight into the organization’s approach and culture.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked about my prior experience, and it became clear during the conversation that my background exceeded the requirements for the role. One of the managers even noted that I brought a substantial level of experience to the position.
