Fast process. They usually have 3 separate interviews. And the recruiter picks you first and filters them out. The recruiter was nice. The other ones weren’t so nice. They need to be kinder to prospects.

Zoom call with several technical questions revolved around underwriting, including topics such as cash flow analysis, cap rate calculations, debt service coverage ratios (DSCR), and evaluating market comparables to assess investment opportunities.
