My interview process consisted of 3 steps. The first part of the interview process is an online Zoom interview, then a practical challenge sent through email, finally, an in-person interview.

The interview process was long (about a month or two), but I got to meet the majority of the team through the process. No one I talked to felt like they were trying to trip me up in any way, either. They genuinely want to get to know who you are and the way you work.
