Sent in Resume and Cover Letter. did not recieve call for several weeks. Called them back 2 1/2 weeks later. Went over some of the position. Was asked to complete the Wonderlic test. I finished the test sent and told HR it was complete. After evaluating it I ended up screening myself out as a candidate even though I passed the Cognitive portion, which I figured would happen. Still hard to get into upward mobility when many companies use this similar screening process. Seems like a decent company with plenty of opportunity but very close knit and hard to get into.

Interview
They use a personality and intelligence test to select candidates which takes at minimum 30 minutes. Extremely long interview close to three hours, and then took three weeks to get back letting me know they selected another candidate. They’re nice people but need to be more considerate of time requirements.
