Applied online, HR reached out to me & set up the in person interview. HR was very professional but the actual interview wasn't. The interviewer didn't seem to know anything about my background. They didn't even ask for a copy of my resume, work history or anything. Minor ageism to say the least. I wonder if they looked at it prior to HR setting up the interview. I practically had to be a bit pushy when it came to looking at my portfolio. If you're hiring an artist, looking at their work should be an important factor to the interview process. Also the ad said one thing, but judging from the interviewer, I was confused as to what experience level they were looking for. Experience or entry? Every answer I gave pertaining to my professional background came with a rebuttal. Very unprofessional. I was also abruptly interrupted mid answer to their question with a "Thank you for coming". My advice is whether you plan to hire the person or not, kindly be respectful to your candidates & do your homework. Take the interview seriously. People spend their time preparing & spend money fir travel to do an in person interview, the least you can do is respect their time & be attentive as a show of respect & consideration. You would want the same in return I'm sure. Especially after they are hired. Worst experience ever.

Interview
There were multi-stage process for the interview, phone interview, interview with HR Rep, interview with supervisor. Final interview by the president and one of the company's senior leadership. It took more than 5 days until to get the offer letter.
