Disorganized Hiring Process. Initial contact was positive, and the company seemed interested in my background. I applied for a specific position and was interviewed under the impression that there was a role tailored to my skills. However, I was later told they were still interviewing for a different role I hadn’t initially applied for. After weeks of no updates, I applied for the other position to explore potential opportunities. During the second interview, one of the original interviewers seemed shocked I was being considered again. This led to unprofessional behavior, with muted conversations and visible frustration during the call. The experience left me feeling undervalued and confused about their hiring priorities. Based off the other company reviews, it seems like I dodged a bullet not being hired here.
