Phone interview. Roughly 10-15 minutes long. They essentially ask you about your experience and what you know about the company.
You will know if everything is going well if they begin to speak to you about things not related to the job.

Interview
Met briefly (15 minutes) and casually (in jeans) with President and VP of Sales in beautiful luxurious hotel lobby lounge. Relaxed atmosphere and direct conversation. Did not want to see credentials, but more a personality test. VP was enthusiastic and easy going.
