3 step process where I 1st did a phone interview with the recruiter, then met with the Hiring Manager and finally the Hiring Manager's Manager. The process later included a drug test.

1. A sample excel test to test proficiency in formulas, pivots etc
I received an automated email inviting me to schedule a recruiter interview. The recruiter was pleasant, personable, and asked questions to confirm my qualifications and fit for the role.
I was then contacted to schedule a hiring manager interview and was provided helpful context about what to expect. The hiring manager interview was a 30-minute video call. The hiring manager was professional and easy to speak with, and we had a thoughtful conversation about the role, my background, experience, and skills.
Overall, I appreciated Ricoh’s interview process and approach. The discussions were engaging, the team was responsive and clear, and everyone I interacted with was professional and pleasant throughout the process.
