Interview
This took an eternity! First, you fill out the online application. Then you wait for an e-mail to see if you are going to get an interview. Then, if you are granted an interview; you schedule a time for a phone interview with someone from HR. THEN; you wait to find out if you can interview with an Integrated Area Manager. THEN, possibly interview with a site manager and then you might be hired. The process, for me; took nearly 3 weeks.
Received an email to schedule a Phone interview... Asked me about myself and why i would fit the role. Then I got an email from the manager to do in person interview.

I applied in-person. The process took 10 months. I interviewed at Ricoh (Tampa, FL)
Interview
I was a temp for hire. No interview was given since my productivity and my attendance was good. But I have to write 30 words on here or I can’t review the job I’m apply for currently. This is beyond ridiculous.
