I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Ricoh (Saint Louis, MO) in June 2013
Interview
The process was easy. I applied online, got a call for a 5 minute interview from an HR Representative, when I was called in for an interview, I spoke with a supervisor and he was amazing! It was a personal conversation that did not seem like a typical, high pressure interview. The environment from the start was top notch. I was greeted at the door of the lobby, taken upstairs, and was in the supervisors office just chatting about my passion for sales, customer service, my background, and what I hoped to accomplish at the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There wasn't a hard question that was asked. The most creative question I was asked was how to overcome an objection for a product I had no knowledge of. I stuck to basic rebuttal rhetoric from the Zig Ziglar guide and it went well!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ricoh (Saint Louis, MO) in Apr 2015
Interview
Quick and effective - took about 2 weeks. Multi step process: phone interview, then face to face with 2 sales managers, then face to face with director. There was also an IQ test to take that did include some difficult questions. Basically an aptitude test.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ricoh (Fenton, MO) in Jan 2014
Interview
Do you have a pulse and can you speak clearly? This is the criteria for hiring since this company is now employer of last resort. Terrible interview process run by 12 year olds
