I applied in-person. I interviewed at Ricoh (New York, NY) in June 2013
Interview
Very simple. You meet one or two manages and unless you make a fool of yourself, you will be hired. They prefer if you look professional and have a clean look. Use a professional suit and shave before. They will ask if you can drive and if you own a car. If you don't do either. No worries if you will be working in New York city, you won't be driving anywhere. Subway is the way to go.
All in all, the interview process was simple and it took about two weeks before I start working. The office is set up so that you sit your cubic.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ricoh (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Interview process takes about 3 weeks. 1 phone 2 in person. They either give you a test after the phone interview or after the 1st in person interview. After that then they decide if you're qualified for the 2nd interview. HR never gave feedback or follow up after the 1st interview. Very poor recruiting process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Ricoh (New York, NY)
Interview
Simply and awful BS company that wastes enormous amounts of your time only to misinform you of your employment and then simply not respond to follow-up calls and emails. Avoid them in your job search.
